operations without repositioning the work piece, Angle Heads assure
greater accuracy by utilizing the original work piece setup. This
eliminates possible errors created by multiple setups.

Universal
Type Angle Heads for machining all angles from 0° to 90° with only one
set-up. Angles are easily adjusted and precisely set at 1° increments
with a positive locating system. Advanced non-contact seals prevent
heat generation, as well as provide protection from coolant and particle
contamination. Models for 40 spindle taper machines offer up to 1/2"
collet capacity and run at speeds up to 6,000 r.p.m. Models for 50 spindle
taper machines offer up to 3/4" collet capacity and run at speeds up
to 4,000 r.p.m. |

AG45
and AG90 NBS Type Angle Heads with fixed 45° and 90° angles are offered
in a variety of tapers, lengths, and collet capacities (.010" to .787")
utilizing our high precision New Baby Chuck system. A Twin Angle Head
is also available with two cutter heads 180° apart from each other fixed
at 90°, as well as Speed Increasing and Tapping Heads. AG45 & AG90 Angle
Heads offer speeds from 3,000 to 8,000 r.p.m |

HMC
Type Angle Heads offer the combination of power and large diameter tool
capacity utilizing our Hi-Power Milling Chuck system. With a 1.250"
capacity without using a collet to as small as 1/4" using one of our
C1.250 reduction collets, this Angle Head is well suited to handle your
heavier duty operations. Available in CV, BT and NMTB 50 taper models,
the HMC type Angle Head has a max speed of 3,000 r.p.m. |

Build-Up
Type Angle Heads can be fitted with a wide range of adapters to cover
most machining requirements. Adapters are available for end mills, shell
mills, slitting saws, drills, taps and for increasing speeds up to 15,000
r.p.m. Available in CV, BT, and NMTB 50 taper models, the AGH35 type
Angle Head has a max speed of 3,000 r.p.m. |
